Name plates are cut once per month. Please place all name plate orders prior to the 25th for shipping during the first week of the following month. There are two expedited production options for name plates.

We ship orders internationally. Please check your country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchasing. Rates for international packages vary by country and aren’t reflected in our pricing or shipping. These rates may include charges for import taxes & delivery fees. Route+ Shipping Insurance is a third party app in which we offer their services upon checkout. Route shipping protection applies to the online purchase of merchandise in the event the merchandise is lost or damaged while in transit or “porch pirated” (“porch pirated” means that the carrier reports the status as “delivered” but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address and a police report has been filed).
The Route Policy extends coverage to shipments where the transportation is tracked through Route. This offer of coverage does not provide insurance to you directly, and you are neither an insured nor an additional insured under Route’s Policy. Your election to add packages to Route’s Policy is entirely optional. You have the option of obtaining protection from an alternative source or not at all.

Fine jewelry and personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your returned jewelry, we will issue your refund. Note that returned items are subject to a $7.95 restocking fee. Items ordered using a discount code cannot be refunded, but we will issue store credit.

We have a 14 day warranty that covers manufacturing defects, broken chains, stamping errors, items missing, etc. We’ve got you covered for free.

You can measure your perfect length at home! All you need is a piece of string and a ruler or measuring tape. Wrap a string around your necklace, wrist, or ankle and mark at the desired length. Lay the string flat and measure up to the mark. Please note that thicker chains will be a little shorter than thinner chains.

The best way to layer chains is to vary length and weight. In general, if you wear two lighter chains with a similar weight they will get tangled.

Deep cleaning:Fill a bowl with warm water and gentle soap, let it soak while you sing your favorite Britney Spears song, grab a soft toothbrush, and give the necklace + chain a gentle scrub. Pat dry and let it dry completely before storing.
Storage: Make sure to clasp it and store in a small airtight container.

14k Gold Filled:Gold filled is a layer of gold pressure bonded to a base metal. We use 14k gold filled because it upholds its gold-qualities at a fraction of the cost of solid gold. Unlike gold plating, the gold will not rub off from everyday wear. When properly cared for, your gold filled pieces will last 10+ years.

Sterling Silver: Sterling silver is great for everyday wear and polishes easily. Unlike silver plating, the silver will not rub or wear off in time.

Daily wearing tips:
