All pieces are handmade in Denver, CO. Please allow 2-4 days production time for most pieces.
Name plates are cut once per month. Please place all name plate orders prior to the 25th for shipping during the first week of the following month. There are two expedited production options for name plates.
Rush: 3 day production - $59.99
Expedited: 7 day production - $24.99
We ship orders internationally. Please check your country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchasing. Rates for international packages vary by country and aren’t reflected in our pricing or shipping. These rates may include charges for import taxes & delivery fees. Please contact your country’s customs office with any questions.
Route+ Shipping Insurance is a third party app in which we offer their services upon checkout. Route shipping protection applies to the online purchase of merchandise in the event the merchandise is lost or damaged while in transit or “porch pirated” (“porch pirated” means that the carrier reports the status as “delivered” but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address and a police report has been filed).
The Route Policy extends coverage to shipments where the transportation is tracked through Route. This offer of coverage does not provide insurance to you directly, and you are neither an insured nor an additional insured under Route’s Policy. Your election to add packages to Route’s Policy is entirely optional. You have the option of obtaining protection from an alternative source or not at all.

We offer free local pickup at our Our Exercise Store at 2737 Larimer St. on Wednesday-Saturday from 11a-6p and Sunday from 11a-5p. Choose this option at checkout and you will receive an email with instructions.
Online Returns - within 7 days of delivery date
All returned items incur a $9.95 restocking fee which includes the cost of your pre-paid label.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, put back on the jewelry card to avoid tangling, and have no signs of wear.
Fine jewelry and customized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
You may choose to exchange for a different style or receive store credit, instead of a return.
All charges will be invoiced upon receipt of your jewelry. Payment must be fulfilled prior to being issued a refund.
Once we receive your returned jewelry, we will issue your refund. Note that returned items are subject to a $9.95 restocking fee. Items ordered using a discount code cannot be refunded, but we will issue store credit.
Online Exchanges - within 7 days of delivery date
All exchanged items incur a $9.95 restocking fee which includes the cost of your pre-paid label.
Customers are responsible for this fee + the difference in price for the new OXB item.
You may choose to exchange for a different OXB item or receive store credit.
Exchanged items must be in their original packaging, put back on the jewelry card to avoid tangling, and have no signs of wear.
Customized items are only eligible for a length exchange.
All charges will be invoiced upon receipt of your jewelry. Payment must be fulfilled prior to being issued new jewelry or store credit.
