Job Summary:

This role is an exciting opportunity to take work at a fast-growing and accomplished women-owned startup, located in Denver, Colorado. As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will work closely with company marketing strategy from start to finish, create innovative solutions based on customer and marketing needs, and help form the cornerstone of a rapidly-growing e-commerce company. OXB’s mission surrounds fitness, design, and sustainability. Each piece is sweatproof, meaning you never have to take off your accessories again before stepping into your workout. Our designs are made in-house by a production team of metalsmiths who use quality metals that won’t rub off, irritate your skin, or end up in a landfill after a few wears.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, social campaigns, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Align brand marketing strategy across all digital channels
  • Organize and develop the content calendar
  • Plan, monitor, and execute the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok is a bonus)
  • Organize multiple projects while delivering against timelines and managing expectations
  • Multitasking and ability to work across many platforms, apps, and channels
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Assist with the creation and management of weekly and monthly marketing reports and KPI tracking
  • Collaborate with other brands for growth marketing tactics i.e. giveaways, brand partnerships
  • Help facilitate the development of content for various phase of the customer journey
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging digital marketing and industry trends
  • Work with brand ambassadors, influencers, and creators to enhance the company’s brand exposure and fulfill content strategy

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of marketing experience and/or undergraduate degree in business, marketing, advertising or related field
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok experience is preferred)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., FB, Google, Pinterest etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ESP platforms, i.e. Klaviyo
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ambitions to grow with the company
  • Ability to balance execution ability with critical thinking
  • Demonstrated creativity and passion for digital marketing

 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

As the sole customer service assosciate you will own the customer service journey from start to finish, create innovative solutions based on customer needs, and help form the cornerstone of a rapidly-growing retail company. Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service journey end to end that aligns with brand values
  • Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
  • Document personal information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts
  • Suggest products, services, and solutions to clients based on their requests and needs
  • Resolve product problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Actively and proactively contributes to team effort by accomplishing personal/team sales targets and customer service quotas
  • Act as the company gatekeeper by handling product recalls, upselling, advising on company information, assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges, questions about warranties or terms of sale, or deals and promotions
  • Manages all returns, exchanges, warranty, and repair system. Managing the customer experience end to end, resulting in a positive outcome for both parties.
  • Supports in-studio production team

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years working in a customer service, client-facing role
  • Tech savvy and quick ability to learn new platforms and proficient in organizational applications, such as Slack, Asana, and Returns platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Good empathy and listening skills to de-escalate situations and identify the underlying issues of a problem
  • Ability to problem solve, work autonomously, and take ownership over the OXB customer service program.
  • Must live in Denver, CO and be available to work in office during business hours M-F 9-5
