Exchange: available for non-custom items, within 14 days
Chain Repair: available for all items, free within 30 day warranty. 30+ days incur a $14 fee. For chain repair please follow product listing instructions for more details.
Final sale: Items marked final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
Warranty: Hey we’re not perfect. Our 30 day warranty covers manufacturing defects, broken chains, stamping errors, items missing - we’ve got it covered for free.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Customized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Shipping; Risk of Loss
Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If your item is lost in the mail, we give a 30 day grace period from the day that it ships. For delivery times exceeding 30 days we will send you a replacement. Please note, we track every order.
