Returns, Exchanges and Repairs

We want you to have the pieces that you love! All exchanges and returns are taken on a case by case basis. Your return or exchange could take up to 48 hours to approve. 

 

Please note the following guidelines to our return and exchange policy:

Returns - within 7 days of delivery date

  • Fine jewelry and personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • All items marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged

  • All returned items incur a $7.95 restocking fee

  • Returned items must be in original packaging, put back on the jewelry card to avoid tangling, with no signs of wear.

Exchanges - within 7 days of delivery date

  • Personalized items are only eligible for a length exchange

  • Length + product exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after delivery 

  • All Exchanged items have a $7.95 fee + the cost difference of the exchanged item

  • Exchanged items must be in their original packaging, put back on the jewelry card to avoid tangling, with no signs of wear

Warranty - within 14 days of delivery date

Our 14 day warranty covers manufacturing defects, broken chains, stamping errors, items missing or pieces damaged in the mail - we’ve got you covered for free.

Don’t sweat it, things happen. OXB is meant to be worn and sometimes your piece will need to be repaired.

FAQ

How long is your warranty?

14 days after delivery. We stand by all of our products so if something is not right within the first 30 days we will cover the cost. 

What if my piece doesn't fit? 

You may exchange your piece for a different size. The fee is $7.95 + the price for the size difference. 

What if I've lost my jewelry?

Don't sweat it. We're happy to replace your lost jewelry at a discounted price. 

How long will it take for my repair? 

We work as quickly as possible to get your jewelry back to you, expect 2-4 days for the rework as we hand assemble all of our jewelry. Total exchange or repair process could be up to 3 weeks including shipping time.
