Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

      • Customized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
      • Final Sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
      • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
      • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Warranty: Hey we’re not perfect. Our 30 day warranty covers manufacturing defects, broken chains, stamping errors, items missing - we’ve got you covered for free.  

Chain/Charm Repair 

Available for all items, free within 30 day warranty.

30+ days incur a fee + shipping cost.

Charm - $7
Rolo Chain - $20

All charges will be invoiced once we receive the item.

 Shipping; Risk of Loss

Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If your item is lost in the mail, we give a 30 day grace period from the day that it ships. Items confirmed delivered do not qualify for a replacement. Please contact your local post office for tracking details. For delivery times exceeding 30 days we will send you a replacement. Please note, we track every order.
