We want you to have the pieces that you love! All exchanges and returns are taken on a case by case basis. We hand craft each piece so our custom pieces likely cannot be returned. Please note the following guidelines to our return and exchange policy:

How long is your warranty?
30 days after delivery. We stand by all of our products so if something is not right within the first 30 days we will cover the cost.
What if my piece doesn't fit?
You may exchange your piece for a different size. The fee is $7.95 + the price for the size difference.
What if I've lost my jewelry?
Don't sweat it. We're happy to replace your lost jewelry at a discounted price.
How long will it take for my repair?
We work as quickly as possible to get your jewelry back to you, expect 2-4 days for the rework as we hand assemble all of our jewelry.
