I have a monogrammed bar necklace I purchased last year and just love it so much. I can wear it through all my workouts and looks beautiful dressed up, causally, or in athletic gear. Naturally, I wear it al the time. Well I accidentally broke it a couple months ago. I contacted ccustomer service and they were incredibly helpful. I sent my necklace to them and they fixed it quickly! Talk about standing behind your product. I had been looking at other pieces, debating on whether to make another purchase. I got two more pieces, and again, customer service was phenomenal! They helped me choose the correct length, chain, and monogrammed a piece! I love all 3 of my necklaces now and wear them together and separately!
